Vacation.

We had fun adventures with family this week. I had a family reunion at Bear Lake. We headed up a day early and spent the afternoon with some of Josh's family in Logan. We hung out with his way awesome cousin and her family. They have two kiddies and one on the way (due only a month apart from Parley) so our families were basically meant to hang out. Especially since they had a sweet bouncy house to play in...
We went to a barbecue and Josh's Aunt and Uncle's. I made a bomb apple pie to take to the barbecuer the night before we left but... we forgot to bring it! But at least we just left it at his cousins house, and got to enjoy it that night... so it worked out pretty well ;).  His cousin was nice enough to let us stay the night.

The first night Pearl cried and cried. Our poor Pearly was sicky sick sick with some unholy combination of bad allergies and teething, along with, I think, struggling with being away from home. I just realized a day or two into the trip that she's never slept away from home before. Apparently she's kind of a homebody.

Bear Lake was aaaawesome.

It was so great seeing family. I haven't seen my sibs in a year and a half- they hadn't even met Pearl yet! So that was fun. I have some great cousins and aunts and uncles, not to mention THE greatest parents. Like I said before, the biggest bummer was poor Pearl. Her eyes were constantly red and watery and her sneezes and runny nose didn't seem to stop for a minute. We were all sleep deprived and left a day earlier than we planned... but we still managed to have a lot of fun. I'll let the pictures do the talking.
